I’m a techie, builder, developer, and real-estate professional with over a decade of hands-on experience creating, managing, and selling residential properties. Since 2013, I’ve combined technical skill and construction experience to design and build homes, manage rental units, and guide clients through major real-estate decisions. As a Real Estate Broker and a licensed Construction Supervisor, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, practical building knowledge, and client-first service to every project I take on. My passion is simple: build well, treat people right, and always keep learning.
Education & Tech Background
Born and raised in Kingston, I attended Silver Lake R.H.S. and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. My coursework built a strong foundation in problem-solving, technology, and analytics; skills that I now apply every day in real estate, construction planning, budgeting, and design.
While I’m fully capable with programming and most tech, I realized early on that I wasn’t built for a desk-only career. Instead, I’ve taken the best parts of that technical background, logic, efficiency, and comfort with advanced software, and merged them with my passion for hands-on building, design, and helping people find or create homes. Practical experience is what allows me to design projects in ACAD, understand structural and technical details quickly, and provide clients with a more informed and well-rounded approach.


Development & Construction
My experience in building and renovation dates back to 2013 – all learned hands-on, from my father and mentor (also Stephen Webby). Even during high school and college I was working construction during summers and downtime, because building has always been more than a job to me – it’s something I love doing. I’m proficient in design and drafting using ACAD, which allows me to design in-house, plan projects, and oversee construction from plans to finished structures. In 2021 I became a licensed Construction Supervisor. Over the years I worked extensively with Jeneve Corp – a family-rooted company – gaining experience on a variety of builds and renovations.
Real Estate Sales & Brokerage
I earned my Real Estate Sales license in 2020, and as of 2025 I established my own brokerage – Vaux Realty, LLC – to better serve clients. I’m passionate about guiding people through what is often the largest purchase of their lives, and I pride myself on integrity, clear communication, and building trust. I enjoy helping clients make informed decisions, negotiating deals, and delivering a smooth process from listing to closing and beyond.

Rentals & Property Management
Since 2018 I’ve overseen the design, construction and ongoing management of residential rental properties – beginning with a duplex in Wareham, MA (photo of the lot once it was cleared) under my company Swebco LLC. I handle everything from tenant screening and lease agreements to property maintenance, rent collection, and lease renewals (and, when necessary, eviction procedures). Over the years I’ve developed a deep grasp of contracts, and tenant relations – always learning and adapting to keep occupancy high, minimize vacancy periods, and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.
